How To Reduce Tooth Tartar Growth

As you have been told since your toddler days, brushing your teeth is vital. A lot of people don’t seem to brush for even sixty seconds, but experts recommend brushing for two minutes. If you have an unhealthy snack, like say a bar of chocolate, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water or chew a piece of sugarless gum.

Stop smoking if you do! Smokers or those who consume any tobacco-related products are more likely to develop tartar.
